Matthew Fox, M.P.P.

Research Associate

Matthew Fox is a Research Associate at MPI. He conducts policy analysis and supports technical assistance to policymakers on Medicare Advantage issues, with a focus on payment policy, supplemental benefits, and enrollee experiences.

Prior to joining MPI, Matthew was a Paralegal at Robins Borghei LLP, where he supported complex civil litigation through research, evidence analysis, and project management. In this role, he was instrumental in designing exhibits that persuaded large corporate defendants to settle.

Matthew holds a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Connecticut.
